How much does it cost?
The price depends on the package and the size of your school. Book a demo or send us a message and we will give you a quote.
Can we change package later?
Yes. You can start small and move to a bigger package when you need more modules.
Do we have to use every module?
No. Take only what your school needs. What you do not use stays out of the way.
Can we bring in the data we already have?
Yes. Students, parents, staff, classes, fees and opening balances can be imported from spreadsheets, and a sample file is provided for each.
Can parents pay fees through ShuleOS?
Not online. The school office records payments (cash, bank transfer, mobile money or cheque) and the system issues the receipts and keeps the balances.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Teachers, parents and pupils can use their portals from the browser on any phone, or the ShuleOS app for Android and iPhone. Admins work from a computer or a phone.
Is our school's data private?
Yes. Each school's students, staff and money are kept apart from every other school's, and each person sees only what their role allows.
Is there a Swahili version?
The ShuleOS mobile app is in English and Swahili, and messages to parents and report cards can be in Swahili. The website portals are in English today.
