Exam reports
See the results of your class and of the subjects you teach: the class tabulation, subject performance, grade distribution, top performers and children who need support.
Exam in the menu shows results once marks are in. What you see depends on your job: a class teacher sees the whole class, and a subject teacher sees the subjects they teach.
Choose what to look at
- Click Exam. Check the academic year at the top right.
- Pick a tab. Class teachers see four tabs, and anyone who teaches in a marked class sees My Subjects:
| Tab | Who sees it | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Class Tabulation | Class teacher | Every child with their mark in every subject, like the school's broadsheet. |
| Subject Performance | Class teacher | How each subject did, best to weakest. |
| Grade Distribution | Class teacher | How many children got each grade. |
| Top & Needs Support | Class teacher | The best performers, and the children who need extra help. |
| My Subjects | Anyone who teaches in the class | Results for only the subjects you teach. |
- Under Exam or combined report, choose an exam, or a combined report for the whole term (for example "Term 1 Report (combined)"). A combined report joins several exams by their weights.
- Choose your Class.

For the tabulation you also see the line "Standard 1 — Term 1 Report · Term 1 Mid-term 40% + Term 1 End-term 60% · 30 students".
Subject Performance
Each subject of the class is one row, ranked from the best average to the weakest: the Average (with a bar), how many Sat, Passed and Failed, the Pass rate, and the Best class. The leading subject is green and the weakest is red. A child passes or fails by each class's pass mark, and children who were absent are not counted as failed.

Grade Distribution
How many children got each grade (A, B, C, D, F), in numbers and percentages, with the Pass rate. By class has one row for each class and a row for the whole school. By subject does the same for each subject. Each cell counts children by their overall average grade, and the pass rate uses each class's pass mark.

Top & Needs Support
Choose how many top children to show (Top 3, 5 or 10) and what counts as needing support (failed at least 1, 2 or 3 subjects). You see the top children in the school and in each class, with their average and grade, and a list of the children who need support, with their average, how many subjects they failed, and which subjects to improve. Use it to plan extra help.

My Subjects
For a subject teacher. One row for each class and subject you teach: the number of students, the Average, how many Passed and Failed, the Pass rate, and how many got each grade (A, B, C, D, F). Only the sections you teach are counted. Click a row to see the top three, the children who need support, and every child's position, mark and grade in that subject.

Export and print
On the tabulation, use CSV (for a spreadsheet), Print and PDF.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means and what to do |
|---|---|
| "You have no marked class or subject" | You have no class or subject with marks yet. |
| A tab is missing | Class teacher tabs need you to be the class teacher of a class with marks. My Subjects needs you to teach in it. |
| "Choose an exam or combined report, then a class" | Choose both first. |
| A subject shows no marks | The subject teacher has not entered them yet. See Enter marks. |
