Fee reports
See who owes what and how much has been collected, by class, method and date, and print or export it.
Open Reports → Fees. It has two tabs.

Outstanding Balances
Two cards at the top show Students owing and Total outstanding. The table below lists each Student, Class, Parent(s) and Balance. Choose the Academic year and filter by Class. Use it to decide who to remind (see Send fee reminders).
Collections
Two cards show Payments collected (how many) and Total collected, with a breakdown By method (for example cash, bank transfer, mobile money). The table lists each payment: Receipt, Date, Student, Method and Amount. Use the Date range filter to look at a day, a week or a term.
Print and export
These reports are for looking at on screen. To get paper or a file:
- Fees owed: Fees → Invoices → Print fees owed prints who owes what, and Export there gives the invoices as a file.
- Collections: Fees → Payments → Print collection list prints what was collected between two dates (by method if you like), and Export gives the payments as a file.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| A student is missing from Outstanding Balances | Their balance is zero or they have no invoices for the year. |
| The totals differ from the bank | Compare with the Payments list for the same dates, and look for voided payments, which are marked Voided. |
| A class is missing | Choose the right Academic year. |
