HR Overview

HR → HR Overview is the first HR page to open each morning. The number on the menu item counts what needs attention.

HR Overview

At the top you see People at the school (how many are active) and how many are on leave today. Under it, cards each show a count and a short hint, and a click takes you straight to the place that deals with it:

Card What it counts Where it takes you
Leave waiting for a decision Leave requests that are still pending. The Leave list, to approve or reject.
Contracts ending or ended Fixed-term contracts that end within 90 days, or already have. The Contracts ending report.
Documents expiring Employee documents that expire within 60 days, or already have. The Documents expiring report.
Employees with missing details Active people with details still to fill in. The Missing details report.
Birthdays this month Staff birthdays in the current month. The Birthdays report.
Payroll (this month) Whether this month's payroll has been prepared, and its status. The payroll run, or the page to prepare it.
Employees without a salary Active people who have no basic salary set. The Salaries page.

The payroll cards only show if your school has payroll and you are allowed to see it. A green card means nothing needs doing.

HR Reports

Reports → HR (also reachable from the HR menu) has one page for all HR reports. Pick a report from the row of buttons at the top. Each one has Export and Print.
